Little Mozz Wood Fired Pizza is fantastic for a reason, and we believe that great pizza comes from high-quality ingredients and doing the basics right. Our dough is simple: water, flour, salt, and yeast (no added fats, dairy, or sugar), allowed to ferment and rise for 2-3 days, and hand-stretched at the event. We use the best New York blended mozzarella cheese from Grande and imported Pecorino Romano from Italy, along with a simple pizza sauce made from organic crushed San Marzano tomatoes. Each pizza is cooked at roughly 650-700 degrees for three minutes, with an end product that is thin, crispy, charred, and delicious. We bring plenty of dough and toppings and will continue to make pies until all the guests are full.
